A 27 year old San Angelo man accused of abducting a 16 year old girl was due in court today. Mario Zapata will go on trial for one count of aggravated kidnapping. In 2007, he pleaded guilty to two counts of indecency with a child and was sentenced to ten years probation. Police say the most recent violation happened last September in the 200 block of South Irene Street.
