Governor Perry's evangelical day of prayer event scheduled for next month is coming under fire from a gorup of atheistsand agnostics who say it violates a constituional banon governments endorsing religion. The Freedom From Religion Foundation filed a federal lawsuit in Houston aimed at stopping the event, scheduled for August 19th.
