The two new bridges over the Concho River are open, where the Vernon Vines Bridge used to be. So are the overpasses for FM 388. Now, TxDOT moves on to the next project, with the 15 million dollar expansion on Loop 306. That’s going to complicate things for a while. East and west bound FM 388 must use Pulliam Street to go south on Loop 306. The frontage roads and exit ramps on the southside are closed until the project is complete in mid August.
