Water is on the minds and the agenda of San Angelo City Council members. They continue to discuss aspects of the Hickory Aquifer. And, they’re deciding if Quicksand Golf Course should be able to green things up, a bit, and buy raw water that would be added to the Concho River from Twin Buttes Reservoir. The council has been divided, with some members wanting to support business and others fine with the course conditions.
