The Teen Committee of the Concho Valley CARES Coalition will attend the National Youth Leadership Initiative Experience in Garden Grove, California, next week. The training event helps coalitions effectively address local substance abuse problems. The committee is made up of Central and Lake High School students. The trip is paid for by the Drug Free Communities Grant and donations.
