You CAN Water Your Lawn -- Sometimes

Seems like water is in the news every day. Now comes a reminder that San Angelo is still enforcing Level One of its Drought Contingency Plan. Which, of course, means you can only water once a week and then not during the hottest hours of the day, between noon and six p-m. If you're about to put in a new lawn, however, you catch a break: brand new lawns can be watered up to three times a day for the first few days -- but only if you fill out a special landscaping form with the Water Conservation Department. And yes, inspectors are enforcing those Drought Contingency ordinances throughout the city of San Angelo.
