If you noticed some kids using spray paint around San Angelo storm drains yesterday don't worry, they weren't managing any mischief. They were members of the Upper Colorado River Authority's Aqua Squad -- and they were stencilling reminders to keep storm drains clear. No trash dumping in them, either. Their efforts important because what goes into those drains eventually winds up not in a water treatment facility but in the Concho River.
