A couple of businesses cited for selling illegal smoking substances in a sweep, last month, will have representatives in court today. Jesusita Santiago from the Smoker's Outlet on Chadbourne and Brittany Mayger from the Smoker's Outlet on Southwest Boulevard have hearings. Synthetic marijuana was banned on December 14th. Undercover officers purchased illegal smoking tobacco from a number of stores on May 26th.
