The San Angelo Nature Center is celebrating Groundhog Day. The public is invited to come out at 10 o'clock this morning to find out if Ethel the prairie dog sees her shadow. If she does, legend says it's six more weeks of winter weather; if she doesn't, winter weather will end soon. You can find the Nature Center at 7409 Knickerbocker Road.
