The Florida doctor being held in San Angelo on money laundering charges appeared before Judge Tom Gossett in a fugitive hearing Monday. 56-year-old James Zebranek waived his extradition on charges from Florida that, besides money laundering, include theft and perjury. Police arrested Zebranek last Thursday at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in San Angelo.
