San Angelo goes into "Drought Stage Level Two" goes into effect starting today.
With the city's water supply down to about an 18-month level, residents will now only be allowed to water lawns once every seven days. That also applies to homeowners who plant new lawn grass. And residents who use more than ten thousand gallons of water a month will face a surcharge.
