The city of San Angelo is looking to revamp and upgrade its website. City Council members voted Tuesday to spend up to forty-thousand dollars to hire an outside website design firm to create a new city website with an emphasis on user-friendliness. Council members also saying they want to keep their website operations under city control so that, among other services, residents can pay bills for city services online.
