A San Angelo man arrested after crashing into west side apartment complex early Thursday morning. Just before 2 AM. San Angelo Police arrived at the College Hills West Apartment Homes on Millbrook Drive. They found a 2013 Chevrolet Uplander had crashed into building #6 before coming to rest inside a boiler room and pushing the contents of the room through the bedroom wall of the adjoining apartment. There were two adults and two children in the apartment but no one was injured. The driver was standing outside of the vehicle and was identified as 33-year-old Steven Schelhorn. Alcohol was determined to be a contributing factor of the crash. and Schelhorn was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
