Last June, someone assaulted an employee, damaged property and smashed a large window at the Stephens Central Library. On Tuesday, 40-year-old Juan Daniel Lizardo admitted to being that person as he pleaded guilty in 51st District Court to two felony counts. Lizardo was sentenced to five years' probation and ordered to pay 44-hundred dollars in restitution.
