Retail gas prices are forecast to decrease throughout the end of the year. According to Triple-A, both oil and gas prices dropped last week after the value of the dollar increased to a two-week high. The national average price of regular gas is three-35 a gallon, four cents less than last week. The statewide average in Texas of three-10 also decreased four cents. Gas-buddy-dot-com reports the price of regular in San Angelo ranges from three-08 to three-18 a gallon.
