The San Angelo Health Foundation has announced that grants totalling nearly 430-thousand dollarsare being awarded to 14 local non-profit organizations. Among those getting money will be the Adult Enrichment Center for implementation of a marketing plan, the Christoval Fire Department for an EMS response vehicle, Family Services Center in Brownwood for expanding mental health services, Meals for the Elderly to buy a delivery truck, the San Angelo Early Childhood for playground resurfacing, the San Angelo Garden Club for a misting system for the Water Lily Collection and theMuseum of Fine Arts for educational programs and project needs.
