The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a fire weather watch for tomorrow afternoon that includes the Concho Valley. West winds of 25 to 35 miles an hour, gusting to 40 miles an hour, combined with humidity at 15 to 20 percent makes conditions favorable for wildfires. Any fires that start will have the potential to spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommend. That fire weather watch will be in effect from noon to 6 tomorrow.
