The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Patchy light freezing drizzle is possible this morning, mainly west of a line from Haskell to Anson to Bradshaw. Any accumulations of ice are expected to be confined to elevated surfaces.
