Special weather statement

The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a special weather stateement. The coldest temperates in almost a year are arriving across West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. There have been wind-chill readings this morning in the teens and afternoon highs will only be in the 40's. Temperatures will plunge after dark tonight, with readings falling into the teens and lower 20's by sunrise tomorrow. You're advised to protest pipes, pets and any cold-sensive plants. Temperatures will remain below normal tomorrow afternoon and a hard freeze is again likely Wednesday morning. A warming trend will start Wednesday afternoon.
