A state representative from San Angelo has announced the creation of a new legislative caucus of the Texas House designed to focus on energy production and the issues facing areas impacted by the energy industry. Republican Drew Darby says membership in the House Energy Caucus is open to members of the House who represent legislative districts with significant annual production of crude oil, natural gas, coal, lignite, wind, or solar electricity.
