The San Angelo Performing Arts Coalition is getting a new home. The city council this week approved a lease agreement betwen the city and the coalition for the west mezzanine of City Hall. In return, the coalition is investing two and a half million dollars to finish renovations at the City Auditorium. That's a performing arts center attached to City Hall that seats 15-hundred.
