The San Angelo Independent School District reports that it has been advised that, working in partnership with the San Angelo Police Department, enough police officers will be provided to cover all campuses in the school district for the school day today. A spokesperson says the SAISD is very grateful for its partnership with the San Angelo PD and truly appreciate of their support. San Angelo ISD will close after classes today for the Christmas holidays. All campuses and facilities will re-opn on Monday, January 7th.
