In the wake of last Friday's massacre at a Connecticut elementary school, officials of the San Angelo ISD have updated their safety procedures. New rules include notifying all parents if a weapon, look-alike weapon or even a toy gun is found on campus. The device in question will be confiscated and not returned and local police will be alerted and will be part of the investigation.
