A Brownwood woman faces charges for stealing a vehicle in San Angelo. Early Tuesday morning, a San Angelo police officer patrolling the area of North Main Street observed a white 2002 Buick Le Sabre traveling north and recognized it as having been reported stolen from a residence on River Oaks Street on Monday morning. Additional officers were called to the scene to assist as the officer followed the vehicle to the Allsup's Gas Station on North Main Street. The driver was taken into custody without incident and identified as 24-year-old Shawna H. Worley of Brownwood.
