Three winners in the San Angelo City Council elections will be sworn into office at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning at the Convention Center. They are Marty Self of Single-Member District 2, Don Vardeman of SMD 4 and Charlotte Farmer of SMD 6. Afterward, the Council will conduct a regular meeting that includes consideration of a Twin Buttes Reservoir recreation plan. The meeting is open to the public.
