Three winners in the San Angelo City Council elections were sworn in Tuesday morning. Charlotte Farmer gets a new two-year term in the Single Member District Six seat that she has held for eight years. Don Vardeman, a long time employee of the city Fire Marshal's office, takes over the District Four seat that was held by Fredd Adams. And Marty Self is back in the District Two seat he held from 1989 to 1995, succeeding Dwain Morrison.
