A former president of the FLDS was released from the Texas prison system Wednesday. 72-year-old Wendell Nielsen will be living at a halfway house in El Paso. He served 13 months of his ten-year sentence for bigamy. That was for marrying three middle-aged women. Nielsen refused conditions of a plea bargain approved by a Tom Green County district judge.
