Portions of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley, are under a hazardous weather outlook. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon and evening, mainly west of a line from Throckmorton to Ballinger to Sonora. A few of the storms could become severe with large hail and damaging winds the main threats.
