No charges will be filed against the person that left a plastic case in the parking lot of the Commons shopping center last week. San Angelo police called in the Abilene bomb squad and Goodfellow dogs after receiving the report of a suspicious package report last Monday morning. The shopping center was cordoned off for several hours. It turned out that the case contained a cinder block.
