Angelo State University's Small Business Development Center is presenting a seminar, "Basics of Business Entities: How to Choose the Right Legal Structure for your Business." That will be Thursday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Business Resource Center on North Chadbourne. The cost is 10 dollars per person, and is payable online.
