Voters in San Angelo will return to the polls on June 15th to decide three races that wound up in runoffs on Saturday. Those are for mayor between Kendell Hirschfield and Dwain Morrison; for city council District One, between Trinidad Aguirre Junior and Rodney Fleming; and for city council District Five, between Winkie Wardlaw and David McBride. Those who won city council seats are Marty Self in District Two, Don Vademan in District Four and Charlotte Farmer in District Six.
