The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of west central Texas including the Concho Valley. Record heat is expected today with afternoon temperatures reaching 100 to 105 degrees. Those with outdoor activities are encouraged tot take more frequent breaks and drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids.
