A San Angelo city official will be the speaker when the San Angelo Pachyderm Club meets at noon this Wednesday at Zentner’s Daughter Steak House on Knickerbocker Road. Emegency management planning specialist Teresa Covey willl address the luncheon. Covey will explain the functions of the emergency management department and what it means for. The Pachyderm Club meeting is open to the public.
