The San Angelo City Council will consider instituting Drought Level 2, which restricts outside watering to once a week, when it meets at tomorrow. By ordinance, Drought Level 2 is triggered when the city has less than 18 months of available water supply. The meeting starts at 9 AM at the Convention Center and is open to the public.
