A wanted man has been arrested after fighting with San Angelo police. It happened on Saturday evening when an officer patrolling near 19th and North Chadbourne saw a vehicle speeding away from the Stripes Convenience Store. The driver was stopped after pulling into the Skyway Motel and gave police his name but claimed he had lost his driver's license. When officers tried to arrest him for driving with an expired registration, he allegedly fled and resisted arrest even after being tased. He was eventually taken into custody and identified as 32-year-old Michael Flores of San Angelo, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant and now faces additional charges.
