As we've been telling you, starting this Saturday, the city of San Angelo will enter Drought Level 2. That means outside watering is allowed no more than once every seven days. Drought Level Two also provides an allowance for daily watering of golf course greens except during the prohibited hours, no exceptions for more frequent watering of new landscapes, and higher fees for excessive water usage fees.
