City officials report that San Angelo is saving water. The city consumed 10-point-one million gallons of water on Sunday, compared to 15-point-one million gallons on the same date a year ago. As a reminder, Drought Level 2 restrictions take effect this Saturday, restricting outside watering to once every seven days up to one inch. There will be no exceptions for new landscapes.
