The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. There is a chance of severe thunderstorms developing along or near a cold front pushing south today and along and south of a line from Big Lake to Arden to Brownwood. The primary threats are large hail and damaging winds.
