One local police officer has retired and two are getting promotions. The San Angelo Police Department is retiring longtime officer Glenn Gesch who joined the force in 1984. They are also announcing the promotions of two officers. Sgt. Timothy Pucci and Detective Ken Solsbery. Pucci will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Solsbery will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Scott Cotton is also being sworn in as the newest Police Department Chaplain. He's also an associate Pastor at Glen Meadows Baptist Church.
