The United Way of the Concho Valley is out with the final figures for its 2011 fundraising campaign. The organization asked West Texans to--quote--"Be there" for their community. And they showed up. As of January 31st, 2012, the United Way Community Campaign had raised a total of two-million, 38-thousand-624 dollars. Campaign Chair Brenda Gunter said, "I am so proud of the people in the Concho Valley who continue to help those in need around us."
