The bishop of the San Angelo Catholic Diocese is going to meet the pope. It will be the first time that Bishop Michael Pfeifer will meet Pope Francis and it will happen later later this month at "World Youth Day" in Rio de Janeiro. The event is expected to attract more than two million people.
