A truck hit a female pedestrian in San Angelo Friday night but the driver was not cited. The 40-year-old woman was transported to Shannon Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries and has since been released. Police say the driver, a 59-year-old San Angelo man was southbound on North Bell Street near Spaulding, and says he did not see the woman until just before the collision. That was corroborated by a witness. It was determined the driver was not intoxicated and no citations were issued.
