The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. A few thunderstorms will be possible today, most likely along and south of a line from Ozona, to Eldorado, to Richland Springs. A few of the storms could be strong with gusty winds and locally heavy rainfall.
