San Angelo police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in locating a wanted sex offender. Arthur Martinez DeLapena Junior was reportedly seen recently in Abilene. DeLapena is wanted in Tom Green County for failing to register as a sex offender and violating probation. He is 5-5, 185 to 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and a tattoo on the bottom of his right calf. If you know anything, you can call Crime Stoppers at 658-HELP. You can also text a tip to the number corresponding to the word "CRIMES" or go online to the Crime Stoppers website.
