San Angelo's water conservation efforts seem to be paying off. The latest figures come from last Friday and Saturday, on which the city used 15 and a half million gallons each day. That's down from 18-point-six million and 16-point-seven million on the same dates last year. San Angelo continues under Drought Level Two.
