Emergency workers had to cut a driver out of his car after a collision in San Angelo Wednesday afternoon. Police say the man was driving his car east on Avenue L and collided with a car southbound on south Jackson. Traffic was held up for about an hour. Both drivers went to hospitals but their injuries appeared to be non-life threatening. The crash is under investigation.
