Texas Roadhouse in San Angelo has again come together with law enforcement to benefit Special Olympics Texas.
Officers once more help serve patrons at next Thursday's Tip-A-Cop. They hope to collect donations for the organization.
The statewide effort includes other Texas Roadhouse restaurants that night. The event runs Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
