Wall man charged after his wife, her brother slain

A Wall man remains held with bond set at a half-million dollars. Authorities have charged Brian Berry with murder following the shooting deaths of his estranged wife and her brother. Berry's sister-in-law remains in critical condition. Tom Green County Sheriff David Jones says deputies Sunday night responded to a domestic disturbance at Berry's former home. Jones says both thirty-six-year-old Keri Berry of Wall and thirty-one-year-old Brandon Block of San Angelo died. Keri Berry lived at that residence. Jones has identified the person hospitalized in the shooting as Block's wife, twenty-six-year-old Susan. Authorities caught up with Berry during a traffic stop one-hundred-seventy miles away in Andrews. He had his seven-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son with him, unharmed. Officials had issued an Amber Alert for them.
