If you were caught in a traffic jam on Highway 67 north of San Angelo early Tuesday afternoon, here's why. A utility delivery truck driven by a 45-year-old Grapevine man crashed into the rear of a Chevrolet flat-bed truck driven by a 49-year-old Odessa man. The collision occurred near Douglas Loop. Both drivers were transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment of non-incapacitating injuries.
