Last Wednesday afternoon, San Angelo police observed a suspicious vehicle with three people inside near Houston and Howard. The driver was then seen violating two traffic laws and the Ford pickup was pulled over. A search turned up several items, including tool boxes and metal pipes, that turned out to be connected to recent theft and burglary cases in the city. Arrested on various charges were the driver, a 16-year-old male, 19-year-old Vanessa Solis and 18-year-old Manuel Vasquez, all from San Angelo.
